Client Care

Welcome to Client Care
Thank you for your patronage. This section has been prepared for you, as a client, to facilitate a concern or enquiry in relation to your product, program, project or business operation. It allows HD Faculty assigned personnel to assist you, the client, in (a) problem identification, (b) assignment, and (c) scheduling. This section ensures compliance with respect to technical service needs and requirements.

Managing and controlling client care
If you are deemed to be a client our (Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 or Group 4), and you have not established your service program, then these are the steps to follow in order for HD Faculty to manage and setup your service program:

[1] Identify the service function.
[2] Ensure establishment of an operational framework for distributing the service function .
[3] Ensure that experienced personnel is in charge.

If you are a director, committee member, officer, qualified employee or support staff of Group 1, Group 2, Group 3 or Group 4 client of HD Faculty, and you have not registered as at the date hereof please register now at one or both of the following:

If you are a Group 1, Group 2 or Group 3 client of HD Faculty and you have not yet established the aforementioned, you are required to file a service program request.
