Trade and Commerce - HD Faculty (M) is authorized to carry out international trades and commerce activities for, and on behalf of its registered members, participants, strategic partners, and their clients, including to participate in, undertake, perform and carry out all kinds of commercial activities, trading, business, financial and non-financial activities, arrangements and/or operations.
HD Faculty (M) is authorized to promote, finance or assist any other company for the purpose of trade and commerce or acquiring the whole or any part of the goodwill, business, undertaking property or assets or assuming any of the liabilities of the promoted company, business or operations which may in the opinion of the directors assist or benefit HD Faculty™.
HD Faculty (M) is authorized to facilitate, undertake or perform export trade activity or work as is required to enable the results of research, design, development, and deployment of market niche products into matters affecting, or arising out of, the carrying out of its business and affairs, and the results of research, design, and development promoted by it into other matters.
