Where HD Faculty™'s scientific research and development team is called upon, or is expected to provide its research and development services in respect to a given field that requires it to engage the services of its team of microbiologists, the below-cited will serve as the scope of work and possible duties and responsibilities that will be assigned to the designated team, subject to the client’s approval.

The scope of work of the team of microbiologists, from time to time, involves basic and applied research, development, regulatory and control work, laboratory diagnosis, and related activities as applied to such fields as medicine and public health; agriculture; production of antibiotics, sera, vaccines, antitoxins, and other biological products; testing; investigation of human, animal and plant diseases; various fermentation processes, and other characteristics of microscopic organisms.
