HD Faculty™'s Committees, from time to time, shall focus on improving the quality and transparency of financial and non-financial information that is, or will be, provided to stakeholders (investors, participating financial institutions, partners, taxation officials, and the like).

Therefore, HD Faculty™ is required to have, from time to time, at least one quarter of each committee staffed by experts, duly appointed to the respective committee, who shall be mandated to review information prior to its release or filing. This requirement survives all other requirements in respect to annual disclosure rules and regulations of HD Faculty™.
