The successful strategic partner shall continually improve its proficiency in the field of human and technology performance. The strategic partner shall regularly undertake to: |

Evaluate its skills and knowledge of performance improvement on a regular basis; |
| b. |
Investigate new concepts, methods, strategies, tools, and technologies that may be beneficial to HD Faculty™; |
| c. |
Respect the intellectual property of others, by not employing proprietary information or methodologies without prior written consent of the rightful owner thereof; and |
| d.
|
Refrain from disclosing confidential information without prior written approval and appropriate authority. |
